2009 Structural Engineers Association Northwest Conference and Tradeshow

The Exhibition Hall surface is an exposed concrete floor. Carpet can be purchased through the General Service Contractor as part of your booth setup, but this is not included in the basic booth price. The standard booth setup includes a skirted table and draped booth. All additional items can be obtained though the General Service Contractor for an additional fee.

Seminar times are available on a first come first serve basis subject to payment, as with the booths. The first hour of seminars will start at 3:00P.M. Final times will be dependent on number of seminar times reserved.
